About the Service
Our Kent centre, known as SAND, is in Gravesend. The people we support arrive each morning from their residential homes or from their own home. Each person has an individual structured timetable with activities they enjoy, they are supported to have choice over their timetables.

About the Role
The Centre Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll drive excellence and ensure compliance to meet regulations. Through proactive problem-solving and reflective practice, the Centre Manager contributes to continuous improvement and sustainable service development.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Quality Leadership and support by leading safeguarding and risk management processes.
  • Have financial accountability with budgets & forecast service needs.
  • Plan for the service such as community engagement activities & partnership working with commissioners, families, professionals and community organisations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership & management experience within social care.
  • Experience in safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.  
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks & safeguarding.
  • Strong organisational, financial, and decision-making skills.

This advert is for a full-time position at 35 Hours per week.
