About the Service
Our centre in West London is based in Longfield House, located in the heart of Ealing Broadway and is a 1920s Art Deco style building with a mix of residential and office space. Opening in 2021 the new centre was formed from our Acton and Ladbroke Grove centres. Surrounded by a wealth of amenities such as shops, parks, cinemas and leisure centres, the building itself hosts a variety of different activities with a special focus on arts, drama and music.
About the Role
The Centre Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll drive excellence and ensure compliance to meet regulations. Through proactive problem-solving and reflective practice, the Centre Manager contributes to continuous improvement and sustainable service development.
What You’ll Do
- Quality Leadership and Support by leading safeguarding and risk management processes.
- Have financial accountability with budgets & forecast service needs.
- Plan for the service such as community engagement activities & partnership working with commissioners, families, professionals and community organisations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership & management experience within social care.
- Experience in safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks & safeguarding.
- Strong organisational, financial, and decision-making skills.

This advert is for a full time position at 35 Hours per week.
