About the Team
You’ll be part of the National Autistic Society’s national diagnostic and assessment service, which provides high‑quality, NICE‑aligned diagnostic pathways for children, young people and adults.
Working alongside clinicians, service leads, partner organisations and administrative colleagues, you’ll help deliver a trusted, quality‑assured diagnostic experience that reflects the charity’s commitment to autistic people and their families.
About the Role
The Service Administrator plays a key role in delivering a seamless, high‑quality customer experience within the National Autistic Society’s Diagnostic and Assessment Service. You will support the smooth running of clinical operations, ensuring enquiries, referrals, assessments and reports progress efficiently and to the highest standard.
This role ensures customers, clinicians and partners receive exceptional service and that all assessment activity is coordinated with accuracy, empathy and professionalism.

- Manage enquiries, referrals, clinic bookings and case records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Oversee operational tasks

This role is for a part-time position at 28 Hours per week, over 4 days.
This role is hybrid.
