About the Team
HR Hub is a relatively newly formed team driving forward plans and solutions to improve the employee experience. Transactional and operational HR is managed by our centralised HR Hub.
About the Role
In this role, to cover a period of extended leave, we are looking for a pro active, solutions focused HRBP who has the drive and commitment to work hard for the benefit of autistic people, their families and supporters. You will be directly supporting the leaders in Adult Services so some experience of CQC regulated environments would be advantageous.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Head of HR & OD and People Director to transform and strengthen the organisational culture, ensuring that managers are skilled and have the confidence to resolve employee issues, and manage and upskill their teams.
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategy and manage the implementation across the charity
- Identify opportunities for improvement in people practice and experience, providing evidence based and cost value proposals to the HR and Business leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
You’re experience in a generalist role will be valuable but this is a role where we need a track record of developing and delivering solutions for improvement and impact.
Sector experience is not essential but you should have at least an understanding of working within a regulatory framework. Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is essential.

This advert is for a Fixed Term position at 35 hours per week.
This role is Remote/Homebased.
