About the Team
You’ll be part of a collaborative leadership team, working closely with Resource Centre managers, coordinators, and cross‑functional colleagues. The team is focused on delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based services for autistic children and their families, working in partnership with commissioners, external organisations, and internal teams to drive consistency, continuous improvement, and impactful outcomes.
About the Role
The Quality and Performance Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services and programmes are delivered to the highest standards. You will lead on quality assurance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across the department, helping to deliver impactful, evidence-based support to autistic people and their families.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of relevant quality frameworks and standards across services
- Working alongside the Business Performance and Planning team, design and manage systems to track service performance, outcomes and impact
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of quality assurance and compliance monitoring across services or programmes
- Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, audit processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insight

This advert is for a permanent position at 28 Hours per week.
While this role is homebased, you must be based in South East as the role involves frequent travel across the region, and occasional national travel.
