About the Team
Our Marketing Team works closely with Digital, External Affairs and client teams across the organisation to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that support engagement, fundraising, learning services and advice programmes. The team uses insight, technology and audience-led approaches to ensure communications are effective, personalised and aligned with organisational objectives.

About the Role
This is a senior role responsible for shaping the organisation's CRM marketing strategy and driving high-impact, data-led marketing activity through HubSpot. You'll provide strategic oversight of campaigns, establish governance and best practice, develop audience-led engagement strategies, and act as the organisation's HubSpot subject matter expert. You'll also lead the development of reporting frameworks, user journeys and campaign optimisation, while managing and developing the Data Marketing Officer.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's CRM marketing strategy and HubSpot campaign activity.
  • Provide strategic oversight, governance and best practice guidance for HubSpot campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Design and oversee audience-led, cross-channel user journeys across acquisition, engagement and retention activities.

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Significant experience using HubSpot CRM and delivering cross-channel and email marketing strategies within a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, marketing automation, campaign reporting and data governance.
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.

This advert is for a full-time position at 35 Hours per week.

This role is Homebased, with regular stakeholder and team meetings via Microsoft Teams and occasional travel for team meetings and training, including to our London HQ.
