About the Service 
The first of its
kind in Northern Ireland, the centre has been purpose-built for autistic people and their families. At its core is day provision for autistic adults who need high levels of support.

About the Role 
As a Team
Leader, you’ll oversee the smooth running of social activity groups, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll mentor and develop support staff, manage both online and face-to-face sessions, and build strong relationships with autistic people, families, and external partners. Your work will ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and shaped around the needs and interests of those we support.

What You’ll Do 

  • Set up and deliver online and face-to-face social activities, ensuring person-centred support planning, risk assessment, and meaningful involvement from group members
  • Mentor, support, and develop staff; oversee performance, staffing levels, training, KPIs, and compliance with NAS policies and regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with families, funders, and professionals while ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery and adherence to safeguarding and health & safety requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • For you to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people 
  • Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential  
  • Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome
