About the Team
Our Recruitment Team plays a vital role in ensuring our services are staffed with skilled, empathetic colleagues who share our commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. We work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and compliance teams to deliver safe, timely, and values‑driven recruitment that supports our adult services across England.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for support worker and managerial roles within our regulated adult services. You will oversee candidate screening, guide applicants through their journey, partner with hiring managers, and support safe, compliant hiring that ensures the people we support receive the highest-quality care. You’ll also contribute to local attraction strategies, reduce agency spend, and help drive continuous improvement across our recruitment approach.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for frontline roles across Adult Services.
- Ensure candidates receive an excellent, person‑centred recruitment experience using our Tribepad ATS.
- Partner with service managers to deliver safe, timely, and values‑aligned hiring.
- Lead on developing local attraction strategies in hard‑to‑recruit areas and track ROI on campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor/Specialist within social care or a CQC‑regulated setting.
- Experience managing high‑volume recruitment and using ATS platforms (e.g., Tribepad).
- Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and inclusive hiring.

This advert is for a full-time position at 35 hours per week.
This role is home based.
