About the Team
The IT Service & Support team ensures staff across the National Autistic Society have reliable, secure and effective technology to carry out their roles. The team provides frontline onsite and remote IT support across offices, schools, residential services and other operational sites. Working closely with Service Desk colleagues, Field Engineers and third‑line teams, the service plays a vital role in enabling care, education and support services for autistic people across the organisation.

About the Role
As a Senior IT Service Agent, you will provide high‑quality 1st line onsite and remote IT support, primarily across National Autistic Society sites in the South East of England. The role has a strong focus on customer service, technical troubleshooting and independent working at user sites. You will support a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Autopilot, end‑user devices, AV equipment and basic networking, while ensuring safeguarding, data protection and security standards are upheld in education and care environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service when diagnosing and resolving IT issues onsite and remotely
  • Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, printers, AV/meeting room equipment, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Perform installs, moves, adds and changes (IMAC), including device imaging and deployment using Intune/Autopilot
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, escalating to specialist teams where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience providing high‑quality IT or technical support in a busy environment
  • Experience supporting users across multiple locations or sites, ideally in a field‑based or onsite role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Experience with device deployment and configuration (e.g. Intune/Autopilot or similar)

This role is for a full-time, fixed term (6-month contract) position at 35 hours per week.

This role is homebased, with occasional travel to sites in the South of England
